What does it mean to be a Jew?  What it doesn't mean is to hold that identity as a national badge over and above others.  So don't judge.  If you think you are immune from God's wrath, not like THOSE people who ignore God and suppress the truth as in chapter 1, wait.  You are in essence breaking the law yourselves.  And in the end it will be those who are circumcised in the heart, that will called a true Jew and belong to the family of God.
