1. Names

Paul was no lone ranger and neither are we though sometimes we like to think we are.  We are not independent and autonomous beings but are highly dependent upon each other for who we are.

2. Beware of false teachings

Be wise, not cunning and deceitful, and innocent, not gullible and naive.

3. To God be the glory

And at the end we see ourselves come full circle to the beginning of Paul's emphasis on the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the King and of how this is true from the very beginning of time to draw us to faithful obedience as Jesus was faithful unto death on the cross.
